HEAL – Transforming Energy

You just don’t feel like yourself. You want to feel more energized and make better choices for your emotional and physical health. Where you want to go is to feel more relaxed and trusting yourself more.

Maybe you recognize yourself or your problem in the following statements:

You are feeling restless even if there is nothing going on. You have a hard time giving up or losing control, you feel pressured by yourself or others, and your mind is always “on.”  Maybe you have had a traumatic event in your life, or you just had a hard time lately. You feel tired, stressed, emotionally triggered. You feel you have little discipline and motivation to stick to intentions or healthy habits. Your attention and focus are not what you would like them to be. You may feel like you are stuck in difficult relationship issues. You feel unhappy or depressed without a clear cause more often than is healthy.

You react strongly to certain foods and have a poor digestion or digestive issues. You experience tension in your body and have a hard time to really relax. You are often flooded with exhaustion or complete lack of energy and find yourself having no willpower. Or you experience waves of anxiety and stress without a clear reason. You have sleeping problems and feel depleted or irritated. You dislike and are unappreciative of your body.

Maybe you recognize yourself and your desire in one or more of the following statements:

You want to feel calmer and more still in your mind. You want to feel stronger and know your limits better. You long to feel really relaxed, be less controlling (over yourself or others) and feel emotionally stable. You wish to feel more rested, more replenished and recharged. You want a better, healthier metabolism and would like to feel and look better in your body. You are looking for hormonal balance. You long for better sleep, better vitality, and to feel more energy in your body.

In these sessions we will work on becoming better in feeling and respecting your boundaries. You will begin to feel more resilient, peaceful and calm in your body and mind. You will feel more stable, more connected to and more appreciative of your body. You experience that your heart is more open. You feel safer in yourself and your daily life. You trust your feelings more.
