Embodied Intelligence work
Embodied Intelligence work helps you to become present with yourself no matter what is going on. EIW, through the practice of body focused meditations helps you to simply “be with what is” without any story attached to it. When you practice EIW, it will transform your unhealthy conditioned behavior and thinking. The body focused meditations connect you to what is happening in your whole being (physical body, energetic and emotional body) and enable you to release judgement, control, projections or fear, simply by feeling what is real in the present moment. Feeling and releasing emotions is needed for space to open up for your intuition and wisdom to surface. Holding space for and acknowledging yourself in this way is the path of self-love.
